DESCRIPTION:This event is free\, but register by March 31st. This helps us ensure we have enough volunteers and supplies.\nWe will not have demo bikes available the day of the event but Harper’s Bike Shop has a couple you can reserve in advance. Please call them to make arrangements. Other local bike shops might do the same.\nOur rides are pressure-free and worry-free. We make sure every rider is comfortable with the group’s pace and that no section of trail is beyond the ability level of the group. E-bike are welcome.

SUMMARY:National Trails Weekend with Work Party and Epic Rides
DESCRIPTION:Join us to celebrate National Trail Day with a weekend of fun at Big South Fork!!! We’ll camp at the group campsite\, work with the Big South Fork Bike Club\, and Ride BIKES! \nThe Details: \nCAMP\nGroup site E1 at Bandy Creek Campground is reserved!!! First come\, first serve camping. There are no hookups\, but plenty of sites to choose from and all are an easy stroll to the campfire\, pavilion\, and bathhouse. We have the site reserved from Friday afternoon – Monday morning. \nWORK\nWe’ll meet at the Bandy Creek Visitors Center at 8:30\, Our good friends with the Big South Fork Bike Club will have our work projects ready and AMBC will have all the tools you’ll need for the day. You bing a friend\, sturdy shoes\, safety glasses\, and water! At noon we’ll meet back at Bandy Creek for Lunch and Beers. \nEAT\nSaturday lunch is provided by Joe and his crew with the Big South Fork Bike Club. Saturday Evening AMBC will host dinner at the group site pavilion! \nRIDE\nPost workday social rides are organized based on what various groups are interested in. Remember Big South Fork is home to an IMBA Epic ride route. Sunday social rides are encouraged and this year AMBC Joy Ride will lead a women’s only ride please register for the the ride HERE. THE EPIC ride is also a Sunday option. The ride is one of legend\, a ride that typically takes everything you can muster plus a bit more. Rarely repeated\, uphills both ways and always a backcountry adventure\, it’ll be EPIC. Those who are prepared for 30 miles of self supported riding in the summer heat are gonna love it.

DESCRIPTION:Celebrate National Trail Day with a Women’s Ride at Big South Fork!\nRegister Here\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nThis event is free\, but register by June 1st. This helps us ensure we have enough volunteers and supplies. \nThis event will meet at the Bandy Creek Visitor’s Center parking lot (151 Stable Rd. Oneida\, TN 37841). \nNOTE: The Big South Fork straddles two time zones. We will operate this event on EST! \nWe will not have demo bikes available the day of the event but Harper’s Bike Shop has a couple you can reserve in advance. Please call them to make arrangements. Other local bike shops might do the same. \nOur rides are pressure-free and worry-free. We make sure every rider is comfortable with the group’s pace and that no section of trail is beyond the ability level of the group. E-bike are welcome.
