We’ll have all the tools – bring water\, gloves\, safety glasses and be prepared with sturdy footwear.  Lunch will be served up by Cycology at noon\, and you know we’ll have cold beverages provided by Lipman Brothers to quench our thirsts!

Hosted by AMBC Joy Ride. \nGrab a friend or make some new ones at this free event for female riders of all abilities. This event is free\, but please pre-register. \nWe are here to help ladies feel comfortable in the woods. No one gets left behind\, and everyone leaves with a big smile. We ensure every rider is comfortable with the group’s pace and that no section of trail is beyond the group’s ability level. E-bikes are welcome. \nTennessee Valley Bicycles will be on-site for the first session for pre-ride bike checks and has also donated some swag for us to give away!
