AMBC Joy Ride wants to invite YOU to tackle the infamous Norris with us. Join us for a FUN day on technical terrain, conquering roots, rocks and AWESOME trails in the Norris area.

Grab a friend or make some new ones at this free event for female, female-identifying and non-binary riders. This ride is intended to help women feel more comfortable on intermediate-level terrain in the Urban Wilderness. No one gets left behind, and everyone leaves with a big smile.

Norris has some of the most unique trails in the area, and we want to show them to you. Our Norris route is rated as intermediate. There are no mandatory gaps or drops, but this trail does require an intermediate rider skillset and comfortability with rocks, roots, bridges, techy descents and long distances. The total distance is around 7-10 miles.

Bring some money and join us for celebration beverages and delicious food at Clinch River Brewing after!

We need you to bring: Mountain Bike, Helmet, Shoes, Water, Snacks

This event is free, but please register by August 15th. This helps us ensure we have enough volunteers and supplies.

Ride Leaders & Ride Sweeps are needed!

We are always looking for ride leaders and sweeps to help with the ride in Hastie in a fun and safe manner. If you have ridden in Hastie before or feel comfortable riding at an intermediate skill level, please join us as a ride leader or sweep!
