TVB’s Summer Steamer

Tennessee Valley Bikes is hosting their Summer Steamer again on July 18, 2026. Get ready to ride every mountain bike trail in Knoxville on the hottest day of the year… more details coming soon!

Knoxville is a great place to mountain bike and it’s also beautiful in mid-summer. The density of the forest makes for a jungle-like experience. Test your skills with your friends on this challenging course.

The purpose of this event is to get together and go for a big mountain bike ride. It’s going to be hot, it’s going to be hard, and it’s going to be fun. It’s not a race. There is no timing. There is no pressure to adhere to the course. Go swimming. Get ice cream. Take a nap. All good ideas. Just make sure you stop by the finish when you’re done so we know you’re doing good.  Also, you’ll want your food!

TVB’s Easy Rider

Easy Rider is Tennessee Valley Bikes’ social group mountain bike ride. Chill pace, snack breaks, no drop, and beginner friendly! The rides are usually about 1 hour and 4-6 miles.

Easy Rider is the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays — the opposite Tuesdays as AMBC Social Ride (so you can do it all!). Ride locations + details are posted on their Instagram and Facebook pages. Stay tuned with TVB for updates, changes, or cancellations!
